PAYMENTS

As soon as you place the order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system.

As soon as we recieve your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock & available for immediate shipment.

If your order is available in stock, we process the charges to your credit card.

After your successful payment we confirm your order to ship.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of your order.

We send you tracking information within 24-48 hrs of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

2. Warranty

180-365 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY :

Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are “Accessories and Extra Parts.” No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt/chain), hoses, water pumps, manifolds and oil pans. Heat tabs are installed on the engine if melted or missing Warranty will be voided.

EXCLUSIONS :

Cases of improper installation by an uncertified or unlicensed mechanic at a non-licensed repair facility.

If the engine or transmission is disassembled in any way without our express written authorization it will void the warranty.

Problems caused by accident

Failure caused by theft, fire, vandalism, acts of terror, lightning, earthquake, hurricane, water damage, or any other natural disasters.

Operating of the vehicle without proper lubrication or cooling regardless of the reason for any period of time.


Operating of the vehicle for a prolonged time after a part failure.

We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, gaskets, brackets, flywheels, timing belts/chains/tensioners/guides/kits installed at the time of installation.

Diesel Engines: We do not cover injectors, injection pumps, high-pressure oil pumps, high-pressure fuel injectors, turbo, or any other part which is not part of the engine as defined above.

Make sure to inspect all parts before signing for them on delivery. No Refunds will be issued due to Shipping Damage or Broken Items if not reported within 24 Hours of Delivery to William Auto Parts, Inc  and the Freight Company.

3. Return Policy

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

William Auto Parts, Inc no hassle return policy allows you to return the part for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date subject to a 20% handling fee and the cost of shipping back. Parts must be returned in its original condition with original “markings” in place, return freight prepaid by the customer, no COD. Please note any Residential Delivery or Liftgate fees will not be refunded. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from our sales or customer service department. The request has to be initiated via email sales@autopartswilliam.com  stating the date of the request.

Cancelling an order after 24 hours from time of purchase is subject to a 20% handling and processing fees plus the customer assumes all shipping costs.

Refused shipments are subject to the same return policy, the cost of return shipping and 20% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

In certain cases we may waive the handling fee, this will be determined at the time of the return. 

All returns must be shipped via Commercial LTL Freight and you must keep your tracking number for the carrier you use.

All of our parts are used – recycled automotive parts that have been run and tested by a qualified mechanic. By ordering parts from William Auto Parts, INC  you agree to read the product description in detail as it is your responsibility to make sure the part ordered matches your Year, Make and Model and that at the end it is the correct part for your vehicle. We strive to provide the best service possible including shipping to your final address. Cancellations of orders may result in a restocking fee of 20% if made after 24 hours of placing the order. We strive to get products delivered as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays are unavoidable, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
